The controls in these pressure cookers are different.
For Duo Evo Plus, you need to turn the dial to view smart programs, change status icons, set time, temperature and pressure levels. The control dial is also a button, so you just have to press the dial to confirm.

When we compare both models side by side, we can see that there are 12 smart soft buttons on the front of the Duo Nova, while the Duo Evo Plus has only 9 buttons. It may seem that Duo Nova has more cooking options, in fact, it is not. Choosing any smart Duo Evo Plus program button opens a selection of preset.
For example, after clicking the Bake button, you will be presented with the following presets: Custom, Cake, Cheesecake, Pudding, Proofing.
Duo Nova has no egg-boiling or cake-baking settings, but don’t worry, you can still boil eggs hard in steam mode and bake with pressure cook setting and time adjustment.

Instant Pot has released a new model of the Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus pressure cooker, which is available in two sizes, 6 and 8 quarts. The pressure cooker was made more powerful. Now its power is 1200W (for 6Qt) / 1400W (for 8Qt). Proceeding from this, the heating time to a predetermined temperature should decrease, which means that the dish will be ready faster.
Design
The Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus design is a combination of Instant Pot DUO Plus and Instant Pot Ultra. The control panel has 8 intelligent programs that provide 48 preset cooking times and a control dial to scroll through Smart Programs, modify status icons, adjust time, temperature and pressure levels. The dial is also a button to confirm your selection. The buttons are located at an angle relative to the display.

The display is large, informative. The digital timer symbols have also become larger. Status icons and a progress bar are located above the timer. Under the timer is an indication of the pressure level and temperature.

The second generation mode recognizes and tracks objects even more accurately, faster and smarter. The previous generation of ActiveTrack for tracking relied only on a two-dimensional image from the main camera. ActiveTrack 2.0 uses three-dimensional maps of the environment, coming both from the main camera and from the front sensors, which at the output provided a more accurate level of recognition.
This mode allows you to track the object even at the time of disappearance from view. Mavic 2 keep high-speed tracking of an object at speeds up to 72km / h. Aircraft creates a 3D flight route and in advance avoids obstacles in front and behind, without interrupting the process of video filming.

Circle – you select an object on the screen around which the airplane must rotate and the drone itself calculates the distance
Course Lock – allows your drone to move in a given direction while you control the yaw (left and right) and tilt of the gimbal.
WayPoint – you set points, and the aircraft automatically moves between them, making a hyperlapse. You can add up to 5 points.
